Why is ASPC the best place to leave my pet while I'm away?

We start with a lot of love and a very caring staff--not to mention the extended hours our staff is in our facilities on a daily basis.  Our facilities are designed with the 30 years' experience that comes with caring for dogs and working with a Veterinarian.

  • Both our locations are in a country setting for lots of fun, activity and spacious accommodations.  Our rooms are some of the largest in the area and each indoor room has an attached individual out door patio.  Fresh air is always important.

  • Safety is paramount and knowing what your pet is doing is our job.  All rooms are designed with the ability for our staff to always see each of our guests in their rooms, indoors or out.  We want to know if your pet is depressed, not feeling well, or having a medical emergency.  No solitary confinement for our guests and your pet can see out of his room at all times.  Our security is outstanding with enclosed outdoor runs and a perimeter fence.

  • Our 2 locations are family owned, with the owner living on the premises at one our locations and our wonderful staff close by at the other.

  • Our guests are treated like our own and are never just numbers, getting lots of attention on a daily and nightly basis.

  • Our facilities are cleaner than many motels.  Our guest rooms are cleaned daily inside and out, just like your own house.

  • We have central heat, air conditioning and ceiling fans for a truly controlled indoor environment.  However our guests frequent the outdoors unless otherwise instructed for a wonderful experience several times per day.

  • We cater to your pet's individual needs from little exercise for geriatric pets to huge exercise play yards for the most active...or even a nice 15 to 20 minute walk to our creek for those woodsy sights and smells.  Many combine all 3 for a very active day.

  • We can accommodate special requirements for your pet such as frequent feedings for puppies or kittens, therapy for your pets recovering from injury or surgery, etc.  Please let us know how we can meet your pet's needs when you book his/her boarding appointment.

We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard and Discover as payment.  We charge like a motel:  you pay for the first day no matter what time you check in.  Our check-out time is 10:00 AM so if you pick up before 10:00 there is no charge for that day.  If you pick up after 10:00 AM you will be charged for that day unless a spa appointment is scheduled...in which case that boarding day (except for weekends) is free provided you pick up your pet after his/her luxury spa.

What is your Holiday policy for Boarding?

All Seasons Pet Care is closed to the public on major holidays.  However, rest assured our staff is still working to care for your pet.  For some holidays we are closed to the public; however, we do allow Pickup and Drop-off for an additional fee of $40.00.  Please keep in mind you will still be paying for boarding on the holiday that you pick up on regardless of pickup time.

We are closed to the public on the following Holidays but pickup or dropoff may be arranged:

  • New Year's Day

  • Memorial Day

  • July 4th

  • Labor Day

We DO NOT OFFER Pickup and Drop-off on the following holidays so our staff can spend time with their families:

  • Thanksgiving

  • Christmas Eve

  • Christmas Day

We ask that all of our guests call or email for an appointment.  We take appointments 7 days a week.  Weekday business hours are 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM and weekends are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (closed 12:00 to 1:00 for lunch).

Can I tour All Seasons Pet Care before making my reservations?

We love showing off our facilities and will gladly take you on a short tour during our regular business hours.  No appointments are needed.  We try not to upset our guests, however, so we do keep it brief.

Do you offer Play Time?  Group Play?  Walks?

We do offer walks and play times as well as activity packages to keep your pet busy.  We DO NOT OFFER group play times for our guests due to many reasons.  Hidden dangers of unknown temperaments and the increased chances of dogs spreading germs and virus with drinking out of the same bowls just to mention a couple.  Many so-called experts try to temperament test pets for group play but due to the numerous accidents reported by these facilities, we feel it is in the best interest and safety of our guests to play with a staff member (you know "a Dog is man's best friend"...or perhaps, "man is a Dog's best friend!")

What kind of food do you feed?

Many pets don't do well with a change in diet and if that's the case with your pet, we do recommend your bringing your pet's own food while boarding.  If your pet requires mixed or refrigerated food, just bring it along and we will be happy to prepare it at no additional cost.  You do not need to bring dishes as we have stainless steel bowls that are washed and sanitized after each meal.

If you choose to have your pet eat our food, we provide Fromm's Classic Pet Foods for our guests; however, you can upgrade to one of the many brands of top-rated food we carry to feed your pet during his stay.  Just tell us which one you would like to try and get a 10% discount on a bag of any size.  Any leftovers will be packed into a "doggie bag" for you to take home.  (May not be combined with any other offers or discounts.)

What if my pet needs to take pills or another medication?

With our highly trained staff, we have no problems giving our guests their medication, pills, ear drops or even insulin shots.

Can I bring toys or treats for my pet?

Yes toys are fine but please don't bring anything that you or your pet cherishes or cannot be easily replaced.  Usually your toys are returned, but with dogs playing, chewing, etc., occasionally they will become lost or destroyed. If you bring treats, just tell us how many and what time per day.

What about bedding?

We furnish bedding for our guests so you don't have to bring bedding.  However, most pets like to have something familiar that smells like home so if you would like to bring a rug, small blanket or t-shirt that smells like home, please feel free.  Please do not bring anything that is not machine washable as we like to wash bedding just like a motel.

Can I have my pet bathed or groomed before going home?

Yes, we offer professional grooming by our extremely experienced Groomers from just a simple bath and cleanup to a show clip.  Most pets enjoy a good warm bath and massage before returning home.  Just tell us at the time you book your boarding appointment and we will discuss what kind of grooming your pet would like.

Can I ask for references from past and current customers?
