Check-in time is during our normal business hours. Charges begin on check-in day regardless of the time that you arrive. For safety purposes please remember to bring your dog on a leash. If you arrive at the kennel without a leash please leave your dog in your vehicle while you borrow a leash from us.
Checkout time is 10:00 am. Pets checking out after 10:00 am will be charged an additional day.
Our boarding facilities have limited space and frequently are at full capacity for holidays and special events. We try our best to accommodate boarding requests. However, when clients pick up their dogs early, cancel reservations or change reservations without adequate notice it is frequently too late to fill the space we had reserved for them. Many of those we have turned away have already made alternate arrangements.
At present time, for non-holiday reservations, we simply ask you give us as much notice as possible when changing or cancelling a reservation.
HOLIDAY & SPECIAL EVENTS RESERVATIONS MUST BE SECURED with a non-refundable deposit of $50 to $75.00 per room and up to 14 days prior to the reservation for major holidays. Deposits will be applied to your boarding fees. Clients that cancel holiday or premium date reservations will lose their deposit. Deposits may not be used for future dates or services.
Our scheduled business hours are 8 am to 6 pm Monday thru Friday and 9 am to 12 pm & 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm on Saturday and Sunday. We are closed for check-ins and check out on major holidays. Requests for after-hours Check-Ins or Check Outs must be made at the time the reservation is made for staff scheduling purposes. After hour appointment will have a window of 15 minutes before or after that appointment. Earliest after hours is 6:00 am and latest is 10:00 pm. After Hour fees will be charged in addition to that days boarding fees.
Extensions to reservations must be received at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled out date. If we are not notified of extension and pet is not picked up within 3 days after scheduled pick-up date, it shall be considered abandoned. We frequently are fully booked. When an extension to a reservations is required this creates a situation where there may not be a spot available for the pet as well as requiring staff schedule changes. We, therefore, must charge a premium of $50 per day in addition to the normally incurred charge.
PRE-BOARD YOUR PET FOR COMFORT AND FUN
If your pet has never boarded before and you have time to allow your dog to spend a day or ½ day with us it would be a great introduction for a longer stay or that emergency. Dogs that frequently visit our facility ABSOLUTELY LOVE coming here. It is like home away from home.
Pet Moms and Dads are always welcome during business hours to tour our facilities with no appointment needed. Our Staff works hard to ensure our facilities are clean, sanitary and comfort table and we do love to show them off!
When boarding your pet feel free to bring your dog's favorite toys and/or treats. Label all items clearly with your dog's first and your last name. We provide all bedding using the # 1 pet bed inAmerica “Kuranda” for your pet’s comfort. We are unable to wash stuffed beds as our washer is damaged with such large, bulky loads.
We feed and sell only the best pet Foods including Fromm, Orijen, Acana and ND by Farmina. However, a sudden change in diet may result in diarrhea or other digestive issues. Therefore, bringing your pet's own food is a good idea.
